China Glaze splish splash or OPI outrageous neons
So I have a dilemma. What polish do I try next? China Glaze splish splash or OPI outrageous neons. I have never used a china glaze polish before so I am keen to see how it applies and looks. On the other hand I love the idea of having a multi-coloured mani. What do you think I should do?
